1. Information We Collect

Parents create the account and manage every child profile — a child never signs up, enters their own information, or is contacted directly. We only collect:

Parent Information

• Email address (used to sign in and for account communication)
• Subscription status
• Payment confirmation (processed securely by third-party providers — we never see or store full card numbers)

Child Information (entered by the parent, kept to a minimum)

• First name only (optional — a nickname or initial works just as well)
• Learning progress: completed lessons, earned stars, certificates

Technical Information

• Device type
• Browser information
• App version
• Crash reports
• Anonymous analytics

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Create and manage accounts
• Save learning progress
• Unlock achievements
• Generate certificates
• Improve educational content
• Provide customer support
• Improve platform security

3. Children's Privacy & COPPA Compliance

Mini Genius Club is designed for children aged 3 years and above.

Children should use the platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child, we do not allow children to create their own accounts, and we do not show behavioral advertising to children.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information beyond what a parent entered on their behalf, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.

Mini Genius Club never stores your complete credit or debit card information.

5. Data Security

We store data with Supabase, a secure cloud database provider, using encrypted connections and Row-Level Security (RLS) — a database-level rule that ensures a parent can only ever see and manage their own account and their own children's data, never anyone else's.

Although no online service can guarantee absolute security, we continually work to safeguard your data.

6. Cookies

We use cookies for two purposes:

• Authentication — keeping you securely signed in and remembering which child profile is active
• Analytics — anonymous, aggregate usage data that helps us understand which lessons work well and improve the platform

7. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted providers such as:

• Authentication providers
• Payment processors
• Cloud hosting
• Analytics services

These providers only receive the information necessary to provide their services.

8. Parent Rights

Parents may request to:

• Access their account information
• Correct information
• Delete their account and all associated child learning data — anytime, for any reason

Data deletion requests are usually completed within a few business days of confirming the request.

9. International Users

If you access Mini Genius Club outside our primary operating region, your information may be processed on secure servers located in other countries.
