Welcome to Mini Genius Club.

By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

Mini Genius Club is a subscription-based educational platform for children, managed entirely by their parent or legal guardian.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account. Children never create their own account — a parent sets up and manages every child profile.

Children may use the platform only with adult supervision.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Please don't share your login credentials with anyone outside your household — your account is for your own family's use.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

We currently offer two subscription plans:

• Monthly — billed every 30 days
• Annual — billed once a year, at a discount

Additional plans may be introduced in the future and will always be clearly described before you pay for them.

We don't store your card details and never auto-charge you: payment is a one-time bank transfer, reviewed and activated by our team. There is nothing to "cancel" — your plan simply ends on its expiry date, and you decide whether to make another payment to continue. Prices may change, but never for a period you've already paid for.

5. Educational Content

All lessons, animations, games, stories, quizzes, illustrations, certificates, sounds, logos and educational materials are the intellectual property of Mini Genius Club.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or resold without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

Your account and its content are for your own family's personal, educational use only — not for resale, redistribution, or commercial use.

Users must not:

• Share their account credentials with anyone outside their household
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Share premium content illegally
• Upload harmful software
• Disrupt platform operations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found misusing the platform, without prior notice if necessary to protect other users.

7. Certificates

Certificates issued by Mini Genius Club recognize learning achievements within the platform.

They are not official academic qualifications.

8. Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

Maintenance and technical issues may occasionally affect access.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mini Genius Club is provided "as is."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of Mini Genius Club after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concern about your account, a charge, or how we've handled something, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly and informally by email.

If a disagreement can't be resolved directly, it will be handled under the governing law below, through the appropriate courts or consumer-protection channels of that jurisdiction.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Mini Genius Club operates, unless otherwise required by local law.
